Smart Bro's web connect sucks the most i can click a thousand times and still not Web Connected.. and when I went to their Office to complain, they said how did you find the web connect site.. Stupid employers do they even train their workers to learn or they just hire them to count money..

I am already fed up to their service aswell...Not a hater but when you apply for a 2 yr contract gave you a guarante of 3mb speed and guess what I got,0.45mb!!!I complained to PLDT and they pushed me to go the their main office in Bacolod city!!!A 2.5 hrs trip to where I reside...Then people their gave me a bullsh*t hotline and well in the end my problem wasnt solved...So I did not pay for 3

hahaha hate to admit but even me and my friends are started to hate to smartbroadband, ang galing galing nila mg advertise about promos sa kanilang site ut they dont know how to handle their subscriber..since july 10, i report to them about the error of yahoo messenger but until now july 14,instead of action it, theirs no response! always assuming people to action it immidiately but its nonsense

SMART SUCKS... have their Smart Bro Broadband service in Cainta and when I call to report a problem they give me a different excuse every time. Just told me there are 2 Satellite outages which is causing slow connections in Cainta... WTF??? Without a doubt the worst service and they could careless.
