Xbox One Don't Buy One!

Tech Blog - I have been playing games since I was a kid we had an Atari, Intellivision, Family Computer(NES), Super NES(Super Famicom), Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Neogeo CD, Game Boy, Game Gear, Nintendo DS. Playstation 1,2,3 and also numerous Game and Watch unit and Apple 2 and PCs, but what in common between all this system is I'm able to trade, sell and giveaway used games as much as I want and none of this system required me to connect to the internet to play a single player game, today Microsoft just announce that the new Xbox One Console  require a connection once every 24hrs. otherwise you wont even be able to play single player games, it also has restriction with how you will sell or loan games, some of the details below from Kotaku.

  • The console must connect to the internet once every 24 hours in order for you to play games.
  • The Xbox One will allow the sale of used games, at "participating retailers", but only if the publisher allows it.
  • There are restrictions on how you can "give" and "loan" your games away.

This is a bad start for the coming generation console if this is the trend, the PS3 will be my last console, the above restriction basically removes your right as consumer, I hope the Playstation 4 doesn't follow what Microsoft is doing, Otherwise I'm done with Console gaming.

Here is someone who is probably saying what most gamers are feeling about the Xbox One news.
