I did all the steps for the bootable UBCD flash drive, but when I reboot, I get "boot error"

I enabled usb boot, boot to usb device, etc.

Is there a way to tell if the flash drive is even bootable?

I have a Kingston DataTrveler 4Gb drive.

I did all this under an administrator's account on XP.
