Panasonic | Lumix FZ28k | Digital Camera Review

Here is a consumer review of Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28k digital camera I bought this one at Futureshop last week for my personal use, the Lumix DMC-FZ28k cost me $449+Taxes I know the price is pretty close to a entry level DSLR camera, anyway the main reason I bought this instead of a DSLR I'm lazy and don't wnat to carry a lot of stuff, but still want some manual control and a good zoom lens as well as a digital camera that is not girlie looking :) anyway I won't talk much about technical stuff as there are already lot more in depth review of it on the internet for Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28k, however I will tell you how much fun and easy it is to use this camera, let start with how fast the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28k start up, when you turn on the camera it start up in less than 2 second so you definitely won't miss a shot, next it has a focal length of 2-486mm its one of those super zoom digital bridge camera, I also love the quality of the lens it is very high, as befits the Leica brand name,the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28k is a 10 megapixel digital camera that will allow you to capture enough details for photo quality poster size prints, it also has a an MEGA optical image stabilizer zoom lens which is very important if your using the zoom feature a lot as image get shaky when your using the 18x zoom/32x when your shooting in 3 megapixel image, I also find the Intelligent Auto focus on this camera to be very easy to use, it will allow you to take perfect picture almost everytime on almost any condition, I find the button and menu on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28k to be easy to understand and navigate, the joystick for manual control is very handy and convenient if your shooting in Manual mode, anyway I would recommend this digital camera to anyone who is planning to buy a new digital camera, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28k I think is one of the best digital camera of this class currently out in the market, probably the only thing I don't like about Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28k is the proprietary battery, apart from that its almost perfect camera for me.
