This is a truly great FTP client! I first tried FireFTP a couple of months ago, It's convenient to have your FTP client always near in a Firefox tab, but the 'keep local and remote directories in sync' feature on its own would make me use it even if it was not built into Firefox. This feature of FireFTP means that as you navigate through directories on your local copy, the remote directory changes in sync. Anyway get your Firefox FTP Client here http://fireftp.mozdev.org/
